Join us for a six-session gentle yoga and meditation series designed to promote self-care and understanding of grief
by connecting the mind and body for enhanced inner peace. The series is appropriate for everyone 18 and older.
No previous yoga experience is required.

Yoga mats, blankets and blocks are provided. Attendees are also welcome to bring their own.

Laura Harbolt, Ed.D.
Laura leads Hosparus Health’s volunteer services and leadership development programs. As a yoga practitioner with over 20 years of experience, Laura has studied with yoga teachers who focus on the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga, including yoga for trauma and grief. Yoga is a practice that cultivates the connection between the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects within each of us and is a meaningful experience for those on a journey through grief.
