The holiday season is upon us. This time of family gathering can be especially challenging for those grieving a loss due to death. Hosparus Health Grief Counseling Center invites bereaved adults to gather for topical conversation and sharing as each consider how to keep the season. This program is offered online and facilitated by one of our grief counselors. Each session addresses one aspect of the holiday season and offers practical suggestions for support to oneself and family during this special time of year.
Join us for one or all. Pre-registration is required. This program is virtual and requires laptop, tablet or smart phone (with camera and microphone enabled).
Wednesday mornings, 10:30-11:45 a.m.
Wednesday afternoons, 1:00 – 2:15 p.m.
Wednesday evenings, 6:30 – 7:45 p.m.
