Jennifer Jennings

With nearly 15 years of dedication to the nursing profession, Jennifer Jennings is honored to help bring compassionate end-of-life care to patients and families in Northeast Louisville. With a background in long-term care, post-op rehabilitation and home-based healthcare, she is uniquely qualified to deliver the very best care and support to those affected by serious illness.

Her credentials include the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Kentucky Coalition of Nurse Practitioners & Nurse Midwives. She has expertise in disease management, patient education, care coordination and nursing leadership. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing and master of science in nursing-family nurse practitioner, both from Spalding University.
