At Hosparus Health, we hear these words often, yet never once do we take them lightly. Supporting families through life’s most difficult moments is our mission. We are here to guide the way, answer questions, and provide the compassion you need when facing the loss of a loved one.
For many, home is where they want to be. But when caregiving becomes overwhelming, inpatient care offers families the additional support they need. The nurses, doctors, and staff who serve in our current Inpatient Care Unit truly are angels, providing expert care with warmth and kindness.
Beth’s Story: Finding Peace in Compassionate Care
In the summer of 2022, Beth (pictured)—a daughter, a sister, and a friend to many—spent her final days at the Hosparus Health Inpatient Unit, surrounded by love and light. Her family, deeply rooted in faith, found comfort in the care provided. Beth’s sister described the feeling in the room as safe, calm, and reassuring, knowing the nurses and doctors genuinely cared.
Shortly after Beth’s passing, someone who wasn’t aware of what had happened approached her family and asked, “Can you see all the angels?” It was a powerful and unexpected moment—one that felt like a sign. Her family still carries those words with them, a reminder of the peace and presence they felt in those final days.

Building a Future of Compassionate Care
There is something truly special about our inpatient unit—an energy of love and healing that we hope to nurture and expand through our Places of Compassion campaign. This campaign is making our dream a reality: a new freestanding Inpatient Care Center designed to serve even more families in their time of need.
With 21 private rooms, spaces for family gatherings, a meditation area, and green spaces for fresh air and reflection, this campus will provide the highest level of compassionate hospice care.
