Hosparus Health is an engaged community partner. We ensure that everyone who could benefit from our services has the right tools and resources.

Our outreach team works tirelessly to make sure those living in our community are educated about hospice and palliative care. Knowledge is power, and that power can translate into an improved quality of life during one of life’s most emotional milestones.

Each Hosparus Health community has a dedicated outreach manager to provide education, resources, and to serve as a connector to all of our services.

Hosparus Health Resource Center

As an extension of our services and in alignment with our mission to enhance the quality of life, the Hosparus Health Resource Center provides access to services and support to help those dealing with loss. The Center can provide a safe place to work through your emotions and grief, and help you address the physical, mental, social and spiritual response of losing a family member or close friend.
