Heart disease can be overwhelming. We can help you with advanced cardiac disease by customizing a plan of care to fit your needs and goals in consultation with the patient’s cardiologist.
Caring for a loved one as you share the end of life journey requires care for oneself while caring for one who is dying – it requires care of the whole person. The word “holistic” means care of the whole person, not just focusing on the symptoms of a disease or illness. Here at Hosparus Health, we believe in an integrated approach to healthcare, because we know that the mind, body and spirit are connected. We are currently piloting Holistic Care Kits in our Southeast and Southwest Louisville communities, and plan to expand to other communities in the next 12 months.
Hosparus Health is honored to serve the veterans of the armed forces. Thanks to some special partnerships, we have the resources and tools to meet the challenges veterans can face at the end of life.
We are proud to have volunteers offer pet-assisted therapy services. The pet-certified volunteers can visit in homes, nursing centers, or the Hosparus Health Inpatient Care Center. Our therapy pets also love special events like birthday parties, fundraisers, or Kourageous Kids events.
Hosparus Health can help manage the symptoms of advanced lung disease while decreasing or eliminating the need to return to the hospital.
