The holiday season can be difficult for those grieving a loss. Hosparus Health Grief Services invites grieving families to gather for sharing and support as you navigate the season. However you define family, you are welcome to attend. The sessions are appropriate for adults and families with children, ages 6 and up. Facilitated by our grief counselors, please join us for these supportive sessions with activities, grief education, self-regulation exercises, and practical tips for coping and self-care through the holidays.
This is a family friendly program. Join us for one or all sessions.
Pre-registration is encouraged by Noon on the day you wish to attend.
Childcare available for children under 6 through YMCA Kids Club.
