The holiday season can be difficult for those grieving a loss, especially when families gather. Hosparus Health Grief Services invites you to join for support, sharing, and conversation. Facilitated by our grief counselors, each session provides activities, grief education, self-regulation exercises, and practical tips for coping and self-care through the holidays.
This program is for adults and is provided at no cost. Join us for one or all.
Registration is required. Please register on the Monday prior to each session.
