When you’re grieving, it can feel like you’re out of sync with the rest of the world. You’re not alone. Join us and find community with others who have experienced loss due to death. Together, we will explore new perspectives while working through a book about grief and loss.
In this six-week series, participants will engage in a combination of reading, writing, and discussion about navigating grief in today’s world.

All adults over the age of 18 are welcome to participate. We encourage you to register early, as space is limited.

The book* for this series is a new book:
The Grieving BODY By Mary-Frances O’Connor
