Dr. Lally is honored to work alongside the care teams in Southwest Louisville and at the Hosparus Health Inpatient Care Center to ensure terminally ill patients and their families get the dignity, comfort and compassionate care they deserve. He is committed to raising awareness and educating the community about the benefits of adding an extra layer of supportive care weeks, months or even years before the end of life.
Dr. Lally earned his medical degree from the University of Louisville. He completed his residency in internal medicine and his fellowship in hospice and palliative medicine from UofL. He is member of the American Medical Association, the Greater Louisville Medical Society, the American College of Physicians and the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine.
