Jeff Meyer has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2017 and has worked with the Hosparus Health Grief Counseling team in Louisville since 2012. With a master’s degree from the University of Louisville’s Kent School of Social Work, Jeff began his career as a home team social worker before transitioning to full-time grief counseling in 2013.

Jeff is trained in multiple counseling modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), CBT, and Motivational Interviewing. He currently facilitates support groups in Louisville for Child Loss, Spouse Loss, and Young Adults, in addition to leading holiday support groups, summer camps, and memorial events.

When not working, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors, and engaging in creative activities.
