Becky Tooker

Rebecca “Becky” Tooker serves as President of Hosparus Health, where she works alongside clinical and operational leaders to support patients and families facing serious illness across Kentucky and Southern Indiana.
Tooker brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in hospice, home health and post-acute care. Most recently, she held a senior leadership role with St. Croix Hospice, where she oversaw statewide operations and supported the organization’s continued growth. Earlier in her career, she was Regional President for Traditions Health in Texas, leading multiple hospice and home health locations.
She began her career as a nurse caring for pediatric hospice patients, an experience that continues to shape her leadership approach and commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
Tooker earned her nursing degree from Spencerian College and later completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Healthcare Management from Capella University. She also held certification as a Hospice and Palliative Care Administrator.
Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, pottery, international travel and spending time with her husband, Travis, and their children and grandchildren.
