November 23 event in New Albany offers reflection, remembrance, and hope for families coping with loss.
Hosparus Health Southern Indiana invites families and friends to gather for its annual Service of Remembrance on Sunday, November 23, from 2–4 p.m. EDT at Hosparus Health Southern Indiana, 502 Hausfeldt Lane, New Albany. The event offers a meaningful opportunity to honor and celebrate the lives of loved ones who have died.
The program will include music, spoken word, the reading of names, and quiet reflection, followed by a light reception. Guests are encouraged to bring a framed photo of the person or people they are honoring for display on a table of remembrance. The event is open to all community members, and families are welcome to attend together.
“Our Service of Remembrance brings people together to reflect, remember, and find hope in the presence of others who understand their grief,” said Holly Barnett, LCSW, Hosparus Health Grief Counselor. “We hope this special afternoon provides comfort and connection as families honor their loved ones.”
Pre-registration is encouraged by visiting HosparusHealth.org/Grief-Counseling or calling 888-345-8197.
