FAQs

You asked. We answered.

    • Is Hosparus Health an Equal Opportunity Employer?

    • Careers

Hosparus Health is committed to creating and sustaining a diverse and inclusive workforce. We consider all qualified applicants for available positions without regard to race, national origin, gender, age (40 and older), disability, religion, military status, gender identity, genetic information, sexual orientation, or any other class protected by law.

    • What is the hiring process like?

    • Careers

Hosparus Health’s recruitment and hiring processes are conducted predominantly by telephone and/or in-person meetings. When a candidate applies via the Internet or is called directly by one of our recruiters, an initial screening takes place over the phone.

The screening process includes a review of the candidate’s background, job history and position expectations. A face-to-face interview is then scheduled with the hiring manager and other team members as necessary. If a job offer is extended to the candidate, a verbal offer is made by the recruiter who conducted the initial interview.

Once the candidate accepts the position, he/she will receive additional information, forms and paperwork to complete. A criminal background check and drug-screening process will be initiated. When all items are satisfactorily met, a provisional offer of employment is extended and orientation is scheduled.
